Consumer Information

• The units you order include the embroidery linen, the colored countable pattern, the necessary amount of thread, the thread organizer over four threads, and the needle.
• Please check if the package is intact and the stock is complete before signing the delivery form.
• The threads are labeled DMC .
• All of kits and pictures are own design.
• We undertake the shipping expenses if the order exceeds 150 CAD or 150 USD.

Returns Policy

• Kits need to be returned unused, and in good condition within 30 days of purchase. (If you have a special situation, please contact us.) Due to the nature of the product and copyright issues, we are unable to accept returns of cross stitch patterns unless we made a mistake with your order, or the patterns are sent back unopened, in the sealed original packaging, within 30 days of your receiving the item. All returns must be authorized by us in advance via email.
• You must contact us before returning any merchandise for a RMA (returns merchandise authorization) number or your refund will not be processed.
• Orders will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• Please included a copy or your invoice with any return if possible.
• If your purchases were made by a credit card, a credit will be issued to your account within three days of receipt of merchandise.
• We're sorry but shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Shipping Policy, Deadline and Costs

• Online orders are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt of the order and notice of shipping is given at that time.
• We ship all orders usually within 72 hours, but no later than within 6 business days, and Your package (patterns and/or kits) will be sent 1st Class, Priority Mail or Priority Registered Airmail, which arrives to North America within 10 days.
